RETURNS POLICY
We hope you love your A JAE Collection pieces, but understanding that not everything goes to plan. If your order is not quite right for you, you may be eligible to return for a credit, exchange or refund. All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Return requests made outside of this period will be denied.
Please be careful when trying on your purchase as all returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags, labels and free of any odours or marks. Any garments returned that are not in the required condition may be subject to refusal and returned back to you at your expense.
FULL PRICED ITEMS may be returned for an online credit/refund (Worldwide) or exchange (AUS only).
SALE ITEMS are considered final sale and may only be returned for an online credit (Worldwide) or exchange (AUS only). No refunds.

- Product/s you are wanting to return
- Reason for return
Upon approval of return, we will provide you with a shipping return address. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages. We strongly recommend you get a tracking number when returning an item.
